Designed for individuals who want a focused medical visit for single concerns, second opinions, or situations where clarity and guidance are needed without long-term commitment. Some patients use à la carte care once, while others begin here and later transition into a Membership or Protocol.

Clinician Preparation
Before your visit, relevant medical history is gathered, including prior labs, imaging reports, and any outside evaluations. These materials are reviewed in advance, allowing Jeremy to come prepared.

Time is spent understanding the full picture, talking through options, and making decisions together, ending with clear, actionable next steps.

Follow-up Support
If needed, additional support may include testing, labs, imaging, prescriptions, supplements, or HBOT sessions. Recommendations will be tailored to your situation.
Pricing
Simple Clinical Visit
$200 | 20 minutes
A focused evaluation for a specific concern, acute issue, or targeted clinical question
Extended Clinical Visit
$400 | 40 minutes
A longer visit for more complex situations, multiple concerns, or deeper review of prior records, labs, or imaging.
Visit length is determined by Jeremy based on the clinical complexity of your concern and review of prior information. This ensures adequate time for safe, thoughtful, and thorough medical care. Both visit types may be conducted in person or via telemedicine, depending on need.
À la carte care stands on its own and does not require enrollment in a Membership.
For patients who need structured, time-bound care, Protocols may be recommended. For those who value continuity, Concierge Medicine Memberships offer a different care model built around relationship, access, and longitudinal care.

Testing, labs and imaging
Note: These services are billed separately for à la carte patients. When included as part of a Protocol, they are bundled into Protocol pricing. When clinically appropriate, they are included for Members.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is available as a standalone service for individuals who want access without enrolling in a comprehensive Protocol or Membership.
Some patients use HBOT independently for recovery, resilience, or general support. Others later incorporate HBOT into a Protocol or ongoing care relationship when goals become more specific or when coordination with other interventions is beneficial.
Note: HBOT sessions may be purchased in packages, with pricing structured around session count and cadence. Clinical oversight is provided, but HBOT may be used on its own when appropriate.
