Regenerative medicine is a holistic, forward-thinking approach to healthcare that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, recover, and thrive. Rather than simply treating symptoms or relying heavily on prescriptions and procedures, regenerative medicine looks at root causes and long-term wellness strategies.
A Walk in the Woods: Sandpoint Regenerative Medicine combines the best of conventional and regenerative medicine to support your healing, longevity, and overall well-being. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, seeking second opinions, optimizing performance, or simply looking for a more personal, holistic medical experience — Jeremy can help. Services include targeted treatment protocols, concierge medicine, regenerative therapies like HBOT, lifestyle-based prevention, and more.

PA-C stands for Physician Associate, Certified (formerly Physician Assistant). PA-Cs are nationally certified and state-licensed medical providers who diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and often serve as a patient's primary provider. Jeremy Allen, PA-C, brings over 18 years of clinical experience across hospital medicine, emergency care, primary care, and regenerative medicine — offering expert, compassionate care with a personalized approach.

No, we do not accept insurance. By stepping outside the insurance model, we’re able to offer longer visits, direct access, and care that’s guided by your health—not billing codes. Insurance often limits what can be discussed or treated in a single appointment, and dictates how providers spend their time. Our care model gives you more control, more clarity, and fewer compromises.
Those with a high-deductible health plan with associated healthcare spending account (HSA) may be able to use those funds to pay for certain services.
That said, you can use your health insurance to still pay for the majority of lab work, imaging studies, referrals to other providers, and prescribed medications.

The Mileway is an obsolete medieval English word that meant “a unit of time it typically takes to walk a mile.” Jeremy resurrected the Mileway (Mw), inspired by the idea that healthcare delivery should be as simple as walking a mile with someone. This reference to human movement makes it a fitting way to measure time for medical care — prioritizing simplicity, accessibility, and personalized attention.
A Mileway (Mw) is a simple unit of time:1 Mw = 20 minutes
Telemedicine visits use 1 Mw (20 minutes)
In-person visits use 2 Mw (40 minutes) or 3 Mw (60 minutes)
Memberships include a set number of Mileways per month
Unused Mileways can roll over or be sold back for credit
You can also purchase extra Mileways when needed
This system puts you in control of your care — use time when you need it, save it when you don’t.
